Getting your products
Where do I find what I bought?
Everything is in your library: log in and open Your account → Library. Each product can be downloaded or opened again at any time.
How do I download a PDF?
Tap the product in your library, then tap Download. On a phone it opens in your Files or Books app. On a computer it goes to your Downloads folder.
Can I print it?
Yes. Every planner, journal and recipe pack prints on normal A4 or US Letter paper. Choose "Fit to page" in the print window if the edges look cut.
What is the iPad version?
A copy made for note-taking apps such as GoodNotes or Notability, with tappable tabs. Open it in your note app and write with your finger or a stylus.
Courses and lessons
How do courses work?
Each course is a set of short lessons. Watch or read them in order, at your own pace. Tap "Mark as done" and we remember where you are.
Can I try before I buy?
Yes. Every course has a free first lesson. Find it on the course page under "Course content", or under My learning.
Do lessons expire?
No. Once you have a course, it is yours to come back to.
Your account
Do I need an account?
Not to browse or use the free tools. An account keeps your library, saved items and course progress together on any device.
I forgot my password
Password reset by email is coming with launch. Until then, contact us and we will help.
How do I delete my account?
Contact us and we will delete everything we hold about you. See Privacy, in plain words.
Payment, refunds and gifts
Is paying safe?
Payment is handled by Stripe, a large payment company. Your card details never reach us.
What if it is not for me?
Every paid product has a 30-day money-back promise. Contact us within 30 days and we will refund you.
Can I send something as a gift?
Yes. Choose "Send as a gift" and enter their email. They get it in their own library and you get the receipt.
Is it a subscription?
No, unless you choose All-Access. Single products are bought once and kept.
