Overnight Oats, Three Ways

Method
- In a bowl, mix the oats, milk, yogurt, and chia seeds.
- Divide the base evenly between three jars or containers.
- Jar one: stir in the berries. Jar two: swirl in the peanut butter and top with banana. Jar three: stir in the apple and cinnamon.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Stir in a splash of milk if it feels thick. Eat cold, or warm it for 90 seconds in the microwave.
Overnight oats are a good fit for busy mornings. There is nothing to cook, and the jar goes anywhere.
Swaps: use a dairy-free milk and yogurt to make all three jars vegan. Add a spoonful of protein powder to the base if you like. A drizzle of honey or maple syrup works if you want it sweeter.
Jars keep in the fridge for up to 4 days. Add the banana right before eating if you want it to stay fresh looking.
